Online Safety

We at Fishponds C of E Primary Academy aim to keep our children safe at all times, including while they are online.  Online Safety is taught every term across the school and recapped whenever we use the computers across the curriculum. We also take part in Safer Internet Day (February) which allows us to join forces across the globe to work "Together for a better internet".

As well as everything we have in place, we ask you, as parents and carers, to be aware of how to keep your children safe online and to ensure they are using it appropriately. Please see the website links below for any information and activities you can do as a family.

We take every opportunity to help all parents and carers to feel comfortable with issues related to online safety. If you have any questions about this, please speak to Miss Knowles (Year 5 teacher and Computing Lead) or your class teacher. If you are worried about your own safety then please speak with a trusted adult in school. Our safeguarding team are here to help!
